Network + and A+ Certification

The CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications are the industry standards for computer support and networking professionals. They are both international, vendor-neutral certifications. They define a professionals’ competency in installation, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and configuring basic computer hardware and networking infrastructure components.

 Technical Support for PCs

For those who don’t need A+ (at least in the short term) this course provide a comprehensive hands-on experience with all aspects of PCs, their configuration and troubleshooting.
